Delete your Rant to Me account

How to ask

1. Email koreyydaviss@gmail.com with the subject line “Delete my Rant to Me account”.
2. Send it from the email address you signed up with, so we know the account is yours.
3. We confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days. You don’t need to do anything else.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, password, display name, and your 18+ and Terms confirmations.
• Your posts, replies and supports in the shared space.
• Your daily mood check-ins and usage events.
• If you were a listener: your listener profile, push notification subscription, and the thank-yous and feelings attached to you.
• Your name and mood chip on any call record, if not already erased by the 7-day rule.

What is kept, and for how long

• Safety reports that involve your account are kept without your name so that two people who reported each other are never matched again. They are deleted once both accounts are gone.
• Call recordswith no name attached (time, audio or video, and listener) are kept for up to 12 months so listeners’ verified volunteer hours stay accurate, then deleted.
• AI companion chats are never stored, so there is nothing to delete.

Delete some data without closing your account

You can delete any post or reply yourself from the shared space at any time. For anything else, email koreyydaviss@gmail.com and say what you want removed.
